About the ASU Alumni Law Group

The ASU Alumni Law Group is made up of experienced lawyers who have a passion for mentoring the next generation of lawyers. Modeled after the concept of a teaching hospital, the ASU Alumni Law Group hires recent law graduates from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. The associates spend between two to three years learning how to practice quality law under the close supervision of senior attorneys who also oversee each associate’s case work to ensure that it meets the ASU Alumni Law Group’s high standards.

The ASU Alumni Law Group provides a wide range of legal services for individuals and businesses. These services are provided at below market rates from what is standard in the greater Phoenix area. While prices vary based on your situation, the ASU Alumni Law Group is committed to providing the quality service you would expect from a top notch firm.

Mission Statement

Inspiring the lawyers of tomorrow by serving the community today.

The ASU Alumni Law Group is a not-for-profit law firm.  Our purpose is to train recent graduates of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, helping them to become practice-ready by providing on the job training. To accomplish this, we have adopted a residency model similar to those used for years by research hospitals and other professional organizations.

In addition to practical experience, our firm includes a structured curriculum for associates. Our curriculum includes instruction in both the “nuts and bolts” of practicing law and how to build a law practice, and provides further opportunities for associates to refine their writing, presentation, and analytic skills.

We hope that our model will be not only sustainable, but also repeatable. Join us and become part of what we believe will be the first of many educational law firms. Together we can enhance the quality of young lawyers, and provide affordable legal solutions to our community.
